The Black Eagle Picos is a no-nonsense EDC knife with modern subtle styling and performance that lives up to its commendable name. Named after the Picos de Europa region, literally the peaks of Europe. However, this region is much more than beautiful mountains, the lush region has been inhabited for centuries and offers a unique view of what true coexistence with nature looks like. The Picos easily folds open one conveniently through its Thumbstud, then the liner lock holds the knife securely in the opened position. The drop point blade is made of 8Cr13MoV steel. A steel with excellent toughness and very good resharpenability. Furthermore, it is finished with a satin finish, this gives the Picos a high-quality look. The handle is made of fibreglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) scales with integrated stainless steel liners. This handle not only makes the knife surprisingly light, but the co-molded pronounced pattern gives the Picos a fantastic grip in all weather conditions.
