We work with Post NL for shipments in Belgium and the Netherlands. Usually, orders in Belgium are delivered after 1 or 3 working days. Shipments above €100 in Belgium are free of charge. Under €100, we charge €6.90. Shipping costs to the Netherlands and Luxembourg are €8.90. For shipments to other EU countries, we work with DPD. Shipping costs will be added after entering your address.
Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of your purchase, provided the goods are in their original (undamaged) packaging and in their original condition.
Products with usage features will not be accepted.
You can return (part of) your order and choose:
- Exchange for another product / other colour / other size
- Refund
- Voucher for the shop/store
The cost of a return is at your own expense. If you opt for an exchange, the shipping costs are also at your own expense. If you have paid via Paypal, the extra cost charged by Paypal (3.4%) will not be refunded.
We only allow shipping to home or business addresses, so the order is traceable.
