We work with Bpost for shipments in Belgium. Usually, orders in Belgium are delivered after 1 or 3 working days. Shipments above €100 in Belgium are free of charge. Under €100, we charge €6.90. Shipping costs to the Netherlands and Luxembourg are €8.90. For shipments abroad, we work with PostNL and DPD depending on the location. We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of your purchase, provided the goods are in their original packaging and in the right condition.
Products with obvious signs of use will not be accepted. Return costs are at your own expense.
You can return (part of) your order and choose:
- Exchange for another product / other colour / other size
- Refund
- Voucher for the shop/store
In case of an exchange, shipping costs will be charged.
